What type of oil should I use for my Toyota Corolla?

I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla and I am unsure about what type of oil to use for optimal performance. I am not very knowledgeable about cars and would appreciate some advice on this matter.

Based on Toyota's recommendations, it is best to use synthetic oil for your Corolla. It provides better protection and can improve fuel economy.

I personally use conventional oil for my Corolla and have not encountered any issues. It may not be the highest quality, but it gets the job done at a lower cost.

If you want to be environmentally friendly, you can opt for a bio-based synthetic oil. It is made from renewable resources and still offers great performance.
