What is the best year model for a Toyota Land Cruiser?

I am interested in buying a Toyota Land Cruiser and I want to know which year model is the best in terms of features, performance, and reliability. I am also concerned about the cost and availability of spare parts for older models. Can someone with experience in this model give me some advice?
