What are the top five modifications for a rough and tough Toyota Land Cruiser?

I just bought a Toyota Land Cruiser and I'm planning on doing some modifications to make it even tougher and more capable. What are the top five modifications that you would recommend? I'm looking for something that doesn't require a lot of technical know-how and can be done on a budget. Any suggestions?
