Are there any common issues to look out for in a Toyota Supra?

I'm considering purchasing a Toyota Supra, but I'm worried about potential issues. Can anyone who owns one or has experience with them share any known problems or concerns to watch out for?

My advice would be to check the oil and coolant levels regularly, as well as keeping an eye on any potential oil leaks. Other than that, as long as you stay on top of regular maintenance, these cars are pretty reliable.

From my experience, the most common issue with the Supra is the rear differential bushing. They tend to wear out and cause a clunking noise. It's an easy and relatively inexpensive fix, but make sure to check it before buying.

I haven't had any issues with my Supra, but I've heard that the earlier models (MKIV) are more prone to head gasket failures. If you're looking at an older Supra, it's definitely worth checking the condition of the head gasket.
