How do I upgrade my Toyota GR86 exhaust system?

I am looking to improve the performance and sound of my Toyota GR86. What would be the best aftermarket exhaust system to upgrade to? And is it something I could install myself or would I need to take it to a mechanic? Any personal recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
