Why are the brakes on my Toyota Camry squeaking?

I have a 2019 Toyota Camry and recently the brakes have started making a squeaking noise. It only happens when I'm coming to a stop, but it's getting louder and more frequent. Any advice on how to fix this issue?

There could be a few possible reasons for your brakes squeaking. One possibility is that your brake pads are worn down and need to be replaced. Another possibility is that there is debris or dirt stuck in the brakes causing the noise. I recommend taking your car to a trusted mechanic to get it checked out.

I had the same issue with my Toyota Camry and learned that it's actually a common problem with this model. Usually, it's due to the brake pads being too hard and not properly lubricated. I would suggest getting your brake pads replaced with softer, ceramic ones to solve the issue.

I had a similar problem with my Camry and found that simply cleaning the brakes with a special brake cleaner spray solved the issue. You can find it at any auto parts store and it's easy to use. Just spray it on and wipe it off.
