Which model year Toyota RAV4 is the most reliable?

I'm interested in purchasing a used Toyota RAV4, but I'm not sure which model year is the most reliable. Can someone with experience owning a RAV4 provide some insight?

In my experience, the 2015 Toyota RAV4 has been the most reliable. I've had mine for 3 years and haven't had any issues.

I have a 2018 Toyota RAV4 and it has been incredibly reliable. No major issues at all.

I've owned several RAV4s and I have to say, the 2013 model year has been the most reliable for me. No major repairs needed.
