What's the best way to remove salt stains from my Toyota RAV4?

I recently took my RAV4 out for a winter adventure and now the floors are covered in salt stains. What's the best way to remove them without damaging the carpets?

Hi Emily! Salt stains can be tough to remove but fear not, here's a trick that works like a charm. Mix equal parts white vinegar and water and dampen a cloth. Gently blot the salt stains with the cloth until they disappear. Then use a clean cloth to soak up any excess moisture. Voila, your carpets will be good as new!

Hi Emily! I had the same issue with my RAV4 and tried using salt-stain remover products but they only left a sticky residue behind. Then I came across this DIY solution and it worked wonders. Mix 1 part rubbing alcohol with 2 parts water and use a cloth or sponge to dab the solution onto the salt stains. Let it sit for a few minutes and then blot it dry. No more salt stains!

Hey Emily! You can also try using club soda to remove salt stains from your RAV4. Just pour some club soda onto the stains, let it sit for a few minutes, and then blot it dry with a clean cloth. The carbonation helps to lift and dissolve the salt. Easy and effective!
