What is the best type of tires for snow driving in a Toyota Highlander?

I recently moved to an area with heavy snowfall and I'm not sure what type of tires would be best for my Toyota Highlander. Should I get studded tires, winter tires, or all-season tires? I want to make sure I have the best traction and safety on the road.

Studded tires are great for extreme winter conditions, but can damage the roads and are more expensive. Winter tires are specifically designed for cold and snowy conditions and provide better traction than all-season tires. However, if you live in an area with mild winters, all-season tires may be sufficient.

From personal experience, I recommend getting winter tires for your Toyota Highlander. They provide the best traction and safety on snowy roads, and can make a big difference in your driving experience. Make sure to also regularly check your tire pressure and keep them properly inflated for optimal performance.

I've found that all-season tires are a good compromise for year-round driving in areas with moderate weather. However, if you are dealing with extreme winter conditions, it's worth investing in studded or winter tires. Consider your budget and where you will be driving most frequently before making a decision.
