What is the best oil for my Toyota RAV4?

I recently received my Toyota RAV4 and I want to make sure I am using the best oil for it. I have heard a lot of mixed reviews about different types of oil, so I want to make sure I am making the right choice for my car. Can anyone recommend the best oil for my Toyota RAV4?
