What is the best car seat for a Toyota Highlander?

I recently purchased a Toyota Highlander and I want to make sure I have the best car seat for my child. Can anyone recommend a safe and comfortable car seat that fits well in the Highlander?

I've done a lot of research on car seats and the Diono Radian RXT is top-rated for both safety and comfort. It's also slim enough to fit three across in the backseat of the Highlander.
