Should I use synthetic or conventional oil for my Toyota Supra?

I recently purchased a Toyota Supra and I'm not sure what type of oil to use. I've heard conflicting opinions on whether synthetic or conventional oil is better for performance cars like the Supra. What's your recommendation?
