Should I purchase the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid or the Gasoline Model?

I am looking to purchase a new car and I have my eyes set on the Toyota RAV4. However, I am torn between the hybrid model and the gasoline model. Which one would be a better option for me in terms of fuel efficiency and performance?
