Should I get the Toyota Camry Hybrid or the regular version?

I'm considering purchasing a Toyota Camry, but I'm not sure which version to go for. I've heard great things about the hybrid model, but is it worth the extra cost? Is the fuel efficiency really that much better? I'm torn between getting the regular version or splurging for the hybrid. Would love some advice from fellow Toyota owners.
