Should I buy the Toyota RAV4 or a different SUV?

I am trying to decide between purchasing the Toyota RAV4 or another SUV. I want a reliable vehicle for both daily use and occasional road trips. The RAV4 seems like a popular and dependable choice, but I'm wondering if there are any downsides I should know about. Any advice?
