Is the Toyota Highlander a reliable car?

I am looking to buy a new car and I have heard mixed reviews about the reliability of the Toyota Highlander. Can someone who owns one give me some insight into their experience?

I have owned a Toyota Highlander for 5 years now and I can say that it has been the most reliable car I have ever owned. I have had no major issues and the regular maintenance is quite affordable.
