Is the Toyota GR86 suitable for long road trips?

I'm planning a road trip across the country and I'm considering buying the Toyota GR86. I've heard mixed opinions about its performance and comfort. Can someone who owns this car give me some advice?

I've taken my GR86 on plenty of long road trips and it's been great. The sporty handling is perfect for winding roads, and the seats are surprisingly comfortable for long stretches of highway. Plus, the fuel efficiency is a huge plus for reducing costs on a long trip.

I wouldn't recommend the GR86 for long road trips. While it's a blast to drive on short trips, I found the seats to be quite uncomfortable after a few hours. Plus, the lack of trunk space can be a problem when packing for a long trip.

I've never taken my GR86 on a road trip, but based on my daily driving experience, I would not recommend it for long trips. The suspension can be quite stiff and the cabin can get loud on the highway, causing fatigue.
