Is it worth upgrading to the Toyota RAV4 XSE Hybrid trim?

I am considering purchasing a Toyota RAV4 and I am wondering if it's worth it to upgrade to the XSE Hybrid model? Will the added features and fuel efficiency make it worth the extra cost?
