Is it worth upgrading to the Toyota Prius Prime or sticking with the standard Prius?

I'm in the market for a new car and I'm considering the Toyota Prius. I'm wondering if it's worth paying more for the Prius Prime model or if I should just stick with the standard Prius. Any advice?
