Is it worth upgrading the tires on my Toyota Hilux?

I have the stock tires on my Toyota Hilux and I'm wondering if it's worth it to upgrade to a more durable off-road tire. I do a lot of off-roading and sometimes haul heavy loads, so I want a tire that can handle it. Is it worth the investment?
