Is it worth it to invest in a hybrid Toyota RAV4 for daily city driving?

I'm thinking about upgrading to a Toyota RAV4 for my daily city commuting needs. I've heard great things about hybrid vehicles, but I'm not sure if the investment is worth it. Can anyone share their experience with owning a hybrid Toyota RAV4 and if it has made a significant difference in their daily driving?
