How does the all-wheel-drive system work in the Toyota Highlander?

I'm considering purchasing a Toyota Highlander, but I'm not sure how the all-wheel-drive system works. Can you explain it to me in simple terms? Also, will it be beneficial for my everyday driving in the city? Thanks!

Hi Kimberly, great question! The all-wheel-drive system in the Toyota Highlander works by distributing power to all four wheels, providing better traction and stability on various surfaces. It's especially useful for driving in adverse weather conditions or off-road adventures. However, if you mainly do city driving, you probably won't notice much of a difference between all-wheel drive and front-wheel drive.

Hi Kimberly, happy to help! The all-wheel-drive system in the Toyota Highlander uses sensors to detect which wheels need more power and adjusts accordingly. This means you get better control and handling, even in slippery conditions. As for your city driving, if you frequently encounter harsh weather or uneven terrain, all-wheel drive might be worth the investment.

Hey Kimberly, the all-wheel-drive system in the Toyota Highlander is definitely a great feature to have. Not only does it provide better traction and handling, but it also improves your vehicle's overall performance and fuel efficiency. If you do a lot of city driving, I highly recommend investing in this system.
