I just purchased a Toyota Highlander and I'm having trouble connecting my phone to the car's Bluetooth system. Can someone please help me with step-by-step instructions?

First, make sure that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on. Next, go to the Settings menu on your Toyota Highlander's infotainment system and select Bluetooth. Then, select the option to add a new device. Your phone should show up on the list, select it and follow any on-screen prompts. Finally, enter the pin that appears on your car's screen into your phone and you should be connected!

There are a few things that could be causing this issue. First, make sure that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and discoverable. If that doesn't work, try resetting your Toyota Highlander's infotainment system by holding down the power button for 15 seconds. If that still doesn't work, you may need to update the software on your car's system. Check Toyota's website for any updates.

I had the same problem when I first got my Toyota Highlander. The solution was simple - make sure that your phone is not connected to any other Bluetooth devices before trying to connect it to your car. If it is, disconnect it and then try again. Hope this helps!
