Are Toyota Highlanders good for long road trips?

I have been considering purchasing a Toyota Highlander for my family, but I am unsure if it is a suitable vehicle for long road trips. We typically travel for 6-8 hours at a time and I want to make sure everyone is comfortable. Can anyone provide advice on the Highlander's performance and comfort for long distance travel?

I have taken multiple road trips with my Toyota Highlander and it has been fantastic. It is extremely comfortable and has great performance on long stretches of highway.
